What are some exercises that will help me tighten up my lower body. I also need some new ideas for sit-ups, im burned out with the old ones.

- Have you done sit ups on a balance ball yet? That's good for toning. Pilates is good for toning the whole body. It gives you dancers legs.Or for your legs leg lunges with hand weights at your side work well. Stand on your toes with your arms extended out in front of you with your feet about 8 inches apart. The squat down till you are in a seated position. Do at least 2 sets of 15 then widen your feet still stand on your toes and do 2 more sets of 15.
If you need to you can hold on to the back of a chair or kitchen counter. Try to get your back straight as you do them.
