Exercise/ Weight loss?

Hi HAs anyone lost any eight by doing exercise alone. I am changing my eating habits some. But will just doing the ellipital help? How often,HOw long or far should I go? I guess I am just tring to see if it is possible to lose weight by just doing that if so how much did u lose and how long did it take?? Any info would be great thanks.

    • Remeber that exercise and good eatting habbits go hand and hand. I had read that if you can burn fat faster if you exercise first thing in the morning before you eat, 6-7 times a weeks for at least 30 minutes a day. The longer you work out the more your burn...

    • Exercise will definitely help you lose weight and burn fat. If you burned an extra 1000 calories a day that would be 2 pounds per week lost.

      However - calorie restriction is the quickest way to lose. Combine both colorie restriction and exercise and you'll turbo charge your weight loss.
